The problem with doctors' salary is that with 70M people and counting in the Country more doctors are needed, and this means that if the budget increases by only XX% but the number of doctors increases by 15%, they're gonna earn less for their work. It is a demographic issue, and it is a wealth distribution issue as well. There are too many people seeking medical care not paying taxes or getting universal income, and the taxpayers simply cannot pay for all those additional doctors needed by the growing population, because taxpayers aren't earning that much more to pay for XX% more doctors.
