My tweet was about being unable to sell the banished players - like Rashford, Garnacho, Sancho, etc. And my tweet didn't say that it was Amorim's fault for falling out. It said that we are being too publicly transparent by leaving them out and telling the world who the out of favour players are.
Why we can't sell Hojlund would have other reasons including him wanting to stay here. I have not seen reliable reports of Onana being explicitly put up for sale or even Hojlund.
They are for sale in the same sense that nobody is safe from being sold by the club - not even mainoo. Whereas the explicitly "for sale" players with bad relationship with the club are going to get worst kind of low ball offers.
