I am so tired of friends and family telling me some outrageous thing they read on the Internet.
I always ask them, "What is the source?"
The answer is usually "I don't remember, I saw it somewhere" or the source is some sensationalistic social media account or new-media outlet of dubious origin.
GRRRRRR.....
I really wish Americans would learn to double-check every inflammatory claim they read or hear. It's so easy today to go to primary sources like full speech transcripts, or actual legal statutes, or actual court decisions, or actual journal articles, or declassified government info.
Find the primary source and validate the claim.
We ALL should be doing this. It's 2025, and it's just so easy to verify claims.
