@Brad_Setser @tylermacro10 @BenniKim And keep in mind that 26.5bn number includes 301s. So the 320bn annualized, yes, but collected (per MTS) $98bn in CY24 and $94bn in CY23 so really only running +225bn annualized, which, based on 2024 imports implies only +6.8% ETR🤔
