🧠 "The truth that cannot be disproven must be disfigured."

It’s hard to be a Ukrainian woman. Not only because Russia tries to kill us every day and every night. Not only because the West watches it and stays silent, despite all its promises. But also because, inside Ukraine, something terrifying is happening. While our soldiers die defending us from a foreign enemy, the domestic one tightens its grip — using our own politicians’ hands, turning us into the very thing we’re fighting against.

I’ve spent months exposing facts. I never published fake news. I never made up a claim. I documented verified protests, laws, policies, public attacks on anti-corruption institutions — and I’ve done it as a Ukrainian, in Ukraine, from within this reality.

Yet this week, I was labeled:

– a man pretending to be a woman– a Russian whore– a Kremlin bot– an OnlyFans pornstar– a terrorist agent– someone “living in Moscow and fabricating Ukrainian news”– a person with “multiple fake identities”– and, apparently, a witch

I was told I had no right to speak. That I'm not real. That Ukraine doesn't need voices like mine.

No — what Ukraine doesn’t need is this cult of loyalty, where truth is punished harder than lies.

🎭 The death of identity and birth of the herd

The most efficient way to destroy truth is not to debate it. It is to discredit the speaker — and eventually erase her.

You don’t need to prove a woman wrong if you first convince the crowd that she’s not a woman. You don’t need to confront her ideas if you redefine her as an enemy.

This is how propaganda works. It never argues. It absorbs.

As Friedrich Nietzsche wrote:

“Madness is rare in individuals – but in groups, parties, nations, and epochs, it is the rule.”

Once a group decides what’s "true" based on identity, not content — truth becomes irrelevant. Loyalty becomes the currency. Dissent becomes treason. And the first step in eliminating dissent is to eliminate the human behind it.

🪞 Why do they attack my face, my name, my gender?

Because I told the truth — and they couldn’t handle it.

I said that Zelensky blocked the anti-corruption reforms.I said that Ukraine is risking its future with the EU.I said that torture-based mobilization undermines our army.I said that political persecution is rising.I said that patriotism doesn’t mean blind obedience.

None of these are lies. But instead of disproving me, they chose the only weapon they had left — character assassination.

What do you do when a woman points at a wound you’re afraid to see?

You say: “She’s not a woman.”You say: “She’s from Moscow.”You say: “She’s a bot, a man, a slut, a whore, a liar.”

Because if you can dehumanize her — you can ignore what she says.

👤 We’ve replaced people with profiles. Then we replaced ideas with brands.

In today’s digital age, being “real” is no longer defined by being human. It’s defined by being recognizable, by fitting into expectations.

A man with 1M followers is automatically considered a “real” voice. A woman with too much knowledge becomes suspicious.

Truth is expected to arrive only through pre-approved channels. If a truth comes from outside — it must be repackaged, or destroyed.

Erich Fromm once said:

“The right to express our thoughts means something only if we are able to have thoughts of our own.”

But what we see now is a war not against thoughts — but against thinkers. Especially those who don’t come with media credentials, institutional authority, or a PR team.

I didn’t ask for influence. I didn’t want followers. But when no one else was writing what needed to be said — I did.

And that, apparently, makes me too dangerous to exist as myself.

🎯 So they attack the woman. Not the words.

It is always easier to mock a woman’s voice than to hear what she says. It is always easier to call her a fake than to consider her facts. It is always easier to scream “pro-Russian!” than to reflect on why your government fears transparency.

I am Ukrainian. I speak Ukrainian. I have lived through every day of this war. My family is still in it. My brother has served since 2014. My own city has buried soldiers.

But all of this becomes irrelevant once you challenge the narrative.

“How dare you criticize Zelensky? He is Ukraine, and you are nobody.”

That sentence alone explains everything.

📌 I’m not here to defend my existence. I’m here to defend truth.

I’m not a brand. I’m not a PR product. I’m not your enemy or your mascot.

I’m a Ukrainian woman — who writes what she sees, not what she’s told.I’m not interested in being liked. I’m interested in being honest. If that makes me an “agent” in your eyes — then maybe your eyes have been trained to fear anyone who thinks freely.

Ukraine deserves better than obedience. It deserves honesty, even when it’s inconvenient. And if my voice is so dangerous that it has to be discredited, erased, deformed — then maybe it’s not me you fear. Maybe it’s the truth itself.
