BREAKING — Two hospital workers in California have been charged for allegedly “forcibility assaulting, impeding, and interfering” with ICE agents as they’re arresting a Honduran illegal immigrant who had fled on foot inside the Ontario Advanced Surgical Center, where he was NOT a patient.
Fox News: “The compliant says ‘Davilla wedged herself under Officer One and the Target Alien.’ And it says, ‘ORTEGA, who was still standing to Officer One's left, appeared to grab Officer One's arm and then his vest.’”
“Both Ortega and Davilla shouted at the officer telling him to ‘Get out!’ and ‘Let him go!’”
“The illegal immigrant was eventually arrested… Immigration activists said at the time the surgery staff did nothing wrong.”
Ortega was arrested on Friday morning and Davila remains at large but is being tracked down by law enforcement.
