🧾 In the Hertz recovery, shareholders were required to file POIs directly with Computershare, not Chart. They had about XX days from court approval to submit and claim warrants or cash.
If $BBBY follows the same structure, expect a similar Computershare or broker process once Class 6/9 triggers hit. No POI = no equity distribution. Watch closely.
