HERE'S AN INTERESTING TAKE ON RUSSIAGATE:
If Obama has presidential immunity in this case and they can prove the conspiracy was "ongoing," Hillary, Brennan, Comey and Clapper could still be tried and guess what?
Obama could be forced to testify against them since his immunity negates his 5th amendment claim against self-incrimination.
So Obama could be forced to testify under oath and could not plead the 5th!
