War is big business. The dollar is largely worthless for this reason. Had we wanted to invest in our infrastructure, our children (better education), and a balance between capitalism and social programs, we would not be facing yet another War and the impending collapse of our economy.
Someone needs to find a better solution.
This is why many people don't vote they see it as a futile attempt after decades of Defense corporations running the show. Eisenhower warned us back in 1961,the MIC was getting too big. Now we see what he meant as we ready for another World War.
