Most likely hack - cyber attack. Independent Russian hackers are brilliant, they deleted multiple Lockheed Martin systems in 2023 including backups, and offered the whole Lockheed Martin HR data base. Later they did the same with Rheinmetall. They also entered US nuclear facilities, without any damage so far. I read in their former Telegram they were discussing kill-switches. Iranian Handala group is also very capable and stole some gigabytes of secret data from Israeli nuclear research center.
