BREAKING: @j_fishback and Azoria Capital filed a lawsuit this morning against Jerome Powell for breaking federal law by holding the Fed’s rate-setting meetings in secret, violating the 1976 Sunshine Act. A federal judge just ordered an emergency hearing on our TRO — Monday at 2pm in DC.
