As "national whistleblower day" approaches, I again think of the disparity. McCabe, not a whistleblower, leaked to the media. I was falsley accused of that.
@EMPOWR_us clients from @fbi's SecD whistleblew that the fbi knew I hadn't leaked, yet fbi evildoers like Sean Clark, Dena Perkins, and Jeff Veltri, plowed ahead with suspending me under this false pretext anyways.
It has now been XXXXX of this unjust suspension. The fbi has failed to fire me or reinstate me.
McCabe, although he committed crimes by lying to investigators about his leaking, faced no criminal charges. Again, even though I never leaked to the media, nor did I lie to investigators about it, the fbi opened at least one criminal case on me.
Still, McCabe received back pay and is receiving his pension today. The settlement claims $700k. That was finalized in 2021. That figure is well over $1M today.
I haven't received pay for over XXX years. I could work as an fbi agent for XX more. Just that salary, not adjusted for inflation or including retirement and other benefits, is about $3.2M. The damages associated with what was done to my family and I are incalculable.
