Decisions Taken in the Meeting of @bankofbaroda To reduce work stress and provide comfort to officers, the following decisions were taken in the meeting👇
🔸️Branch Team Meetings ➡️Will now be held only between 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, ideally 2-3 times a week. Corporate verticals will no longer directly hold meetings with branches.
🔸️Telephonic Instructions➡️ Only one person from RO will call branches, limited to X calls per day.
🔸️Campaign Regulation➡️A corporate-level committee will regulate all campaigns. No more than 5-6 campaigns will run at any time. RO/ZO campaigns will also be regulated.
🔸️Zero Tolerance for Misbehaviour➡️ Any misbehaviour or abusive language by controlling heads will not be tolerated. Strict action will be taken against such executives.
🔸️Compliance Over Pressure➡️ Only compliance-based business will be encouraged. No pressure will be tolerated that asks officers to violate compliance for targets.
🔸️Staff Shortage➡️The bank has indented 5000 new recruits, including 2500 officers. A sample survey will be conducted with our representatives to assess staffing needs across rural, semi-urban, urban, and metro branches.
