This is an incredibly disingenuous representation of the origin of Anglicanism, which is based upon a set of serious disputes against the Catholic Church rather than Henry VIII’s marital issues.
Which, by the way, were entirely political, as the Pope had granted divorces for the same reason Henry asked for one in the past. It wasn’t the sole reason, it was the straw that broke the camel’s back.
Because the primary point of the English Reformation was Papal Supremacy, not Henry’s marriage.
