You see that language? This is a language that drives hate on a player. Like a player is holding a club ransom. Like both parties didn't agree on a contract.
This new "shame the player" direction that club are going in to try to push players out, it's not worthy of United or the class we used to associate with the club.
This is does not feel like a rogue journalist conincidentally stumbling these words by the way - the language is carefully chosen and very much betrays club insider thought process, because it paints the club as this victim without no accountability or responsibility, who is being prohibited from doing good things due to having to honour a legally binding agreement.
Sell the player, do whatever you have to, but do it with professionalism and class.
