I stopped using toothpaste with fluoride at all. The fluride is there because they know white people are lazy about oral hygiene. Fluoride makes it hard for plaque to stick to their teeth. But the same fouride is poison. As Africans we had an eco freindly, cheap and effective way of brushing our teeth.
We threw it away to spend foreign exchange on tootbrush and toothpaste that desttoys the earth and posions us! 😂🤣😂
Anyway….u are African. U don’t need fluoride for dental hygiene.
