@madd___slander Kind of, but when everyone’s rent is going up, my mortgage stayed the same or lowered. At one point I was paying $3300 / month mortgage and then I refinanced to get out of my PMI. Now I pay $2300 and owe about $360K on a house that currently appraises for about $680K.
