@infinex is giving out $6M to its top yappers so I decided to check it out and damn I’m very impressed by this project ngl
Let’s break down what I discovered during my deep dive sesh 👇
Infinex launched last year while raising over $65M in funding through both Patron NFT sales and traditional VC funding led by Solana Ventures, Variant Fund, Wintermute Ventures, and Moonrock Capital
They are a non custodial & crosschain DeFi platform with a mission of simplifying crypto UX/UI into a CEX-like experience
With support of XX chains including major EVM chains and Solana, Infinex allows users to ‘swidge’ (think swap + bridge simultaneously) while maintaining a seamless user flow
Some notable features I noticed while swidging
1️⃣ Security is top notch, it’s secured by passkeys stored on my device, requiring biometric verification or a password for transactions. This eliminates seed phrase exploits and offers protection against phishing scams 2️⃣ I can swap, bridge, stake, and earn rewards all without gas fees or multiple wallets, just a unified interface 3️⃣ the chain abstraction is on a whole other level, taking away clunky DeFi maneuvers making it perfect for beginners and experts alike
