🧬 The Inverse Model: Building Bottom-Up Most crypto projects and companies begin “top-down. ” A team forms a company, writes a strategy, raises money, and then recruits users around their product. Nacho flipped that script. We started with the community itself. With no insiders, no pre-mine, and no allocation, the entire $NACHO token supply was fair-launched, claimed by the community in a matter of hours. From there, the Nacho project grew not by decree, but by collaboration, experimentation, and the voluntary alignment of like-minded builders and contributors within the Kaspa ecosystem.
