But AMD’s chiplet architecture is modular. Like LEGO for silicon.
Need more inference at the edge? Swap in an accelerator tile.
Need more memory bandwidth for LLMs? Stack in a new HBM module.
No need to redesign the whole chip — just rebuild the configuration.
