I totally disagree that a perfect ER is baked in. We are looking at potential $250m in Q2 revenue (+96% Y/Y) with profitability.
Analysts expect a $270m guide too. Regardless, this is a company positioned to grow XX% Y/Y to $1B revenue, while narrowing their $129m net loss in 2024 to being profitable in 2025! At the same time, they did not change their heavy investment into r&d!!
Assuming they meet the guidance of $1B and ‘at least breakeven’ this is a company growing XX% Y/Y profitably, with a 7x sales multiple with high short interest and rate cuts on the horizon. Huge operating leverage in this business.
