I’m not saying the DOJ is right or wrong. They feel they have a case so they sought an indictment. But they haven’t gotten a conviction. Not yet and likely never since the Russians are in fucking Russia. What you did is the same as someone saying “John murdered Bill.” Then I say “proof.” And he hands me a copy do the indictment saying here’s your proof. Lol, people don’t go to prison over indictments they go to prison over convictions … the gov doesn’t win every case they bring. I can’t believe I have to explain this to you. You have to be trolling or completely clueless how the justice system works which is it? You should’ve said something like “well the gov is claiming Tenent received Russian money and that doesn’t look good for Tenent, but to categorically declare “Tim received Russian money,” as if the Tenent owners have been convicted is plain wrong.
