@RobertKennedyJc Usually, X meal a day for me. Sometimes I fall off the wagon X a real carb party of bangers, mashed potatoes & a couple of pints or a pizza. But quarterly A1C blood test check ins & fear of prediabetes/diabetes keeps things in order. Rarely hungry. Feel great. Sleep well.
