I had X abdomen surgeries this year, nearly died twice, thankfully I didn't need a blood transfusion & I've started training again every day this week, 10kg Daypack on my back & 5kg in each hand, walking on the beach & some intermittent runs on the beach for XXXX hours. Pushups, Squats & lunges to fatigue in my apartment. & just now i ate a packet of pods cause i was craving, something. Oh well, that's life. I'll burn that shit off tomorrow 💪
