Bhubaneswar: Odisha CM Mohan Charan Majhi says "For the security of girls in the state, 'Shaktishree' program is launched today. This will be implemented for students studying in XX universities and XXX government and grant-in-aid colleges of the state. In future, through this program we will ensure that our girls students will be safe. Self-defence training will be given to girls at University also.
