Why are incentives-backed stablecoins the future?

Coins like $FUSD is recognized as the future because the old ways of doing stable coins no longer works.

The majority of stablecoins work in two ways:

The first being “over collateralized” meaning they lock up huge sum of money in order to remain stable. This waste resources and still fails when lots of people try to withdraw at once.

Secondly, they use algorithms to manage their prices but they often collapse during market crashes as seen in several occasions.

That is why @TheFedzNFT created something completely different with $FUSD. Instead of locking funds or sticking to algorithm, $FUSD stays stable by using smart liquidity management and priority access for users. I'll break down how it works 👇🏻:

X. When you mint the FEDzNFT, you will get priority rights that'll allow you to withdraw your funds before others during times of high demand. This is called their SEQUENTIAL ACCESS MODEL, it serves as a fair queue, no unfair rush, just organized withdrawals. X. Behind the scenes, smart contract manage a PRIVATE LIQUIDITY POOL(PLP) that controls how money flows out. X. It's built on Arbitrum, meaning there is fast and cheap transactions with the security of Ethereum.

$FUSD is designed to avoid bank runs, keep people calm during market crashes, and let money flow without wasting it on unnecessary locks.

Old stablecoins force you to lock money. The Fedz rewards you for being part of the system.

As crypto grows, people want stability without giving up freedom. That’s why incentive-backed stablecoins like $FUSD are the future.

Watch what @TheFedzNFT is building. This is the next generation of stablecoins.
