I think Carvana is about to crash like nothing we have ever seen. Im talking about a capitulation to the teens in a matter of months. I think a lot is about to come out about $CVNA now and thats why Garcia the Dad and others are unloading again amongst other signals now. The whole car market yes used with housing in Florida and soon the country etc is getting ugly and is gonna collapse. Why housing you ask? The economy is terrible, you have mass government layoffs along with Consulting firms etc loosing large contracts and it's going to spread fast. So many homeowners are under water and to make it worse at 7-8 percent interest rates they can't refinance lower like they originally were told. (Buy the house rates will go back to X% and your payment will go way down). The financing is about to dry up and huge interest payments are coming due for Carvana as is. A huge portion of their business is in house financing sup prime and bundling it and selling it off. (Exact same thing as the 2008 housing crash and what brought it down.) The investors will not keep buying these loans because they can't resell them now. (Yes why I say a ponzi no one will buy the loans now) Also I believe people will start to say Carvana is not more valuable than Carmax, Ford, GM, Mercedes. It became a meme stock yes but as the house of cards tumbles investors will all flip short leaving retail wondering who stole there cheese and why I am saying its going to happen very very very fast. No time for retail to realize it. Just look at the Hindenburg report and it does tell the story. Personally I believe Carvana will sell Adesa (Which they overpaid for and just created more debt) and go under in the end. It's all a huge ponzi the deeper you go into it.
