You can hear the hesitancy in this eejits voice. He's clearly struggling to explain why he needs to spend over €1m of taxpayers money to help him think. It also might explain why he continually uses "IN TERMS OF" as filler. This strangled impostor is full of non sequiturs and can barely string a coherent sentence together. If he were to ask for my advice, I couldn't be more succinct. "Go back to doing what you do best which is sweet fook all."
