You also got to think, it does help the vendors be successful if they have this knowledge. There are so many times I would walk by tables and see ridiculous prices and I just skip that vendor. It's still competitive at these shows and you want to price fairly to get that customers money over the other vendors. If a vendor does their research and knows all platforms to review prices, they can price fairly and a little above at shows and get customers interested. But if you are too high, people will either try to negotiate down or you won't sell.

The reason XX% of vendors fail is they don't understand how to price and market. Another reason they fail is they hold on to inventory too long afraid of it going further up and them losing out. Seen it hundreds of times in the past X years, and more time before the pandemic.

I feel like both parties could have communicated better in this situation lol Vendor could have tried to meet in the middle, buyer could have explained better how that was a best offer and the real sold price can be seen on 130point. Seller could also have brought up lowest available to negotiate as well. The types of things are about communication and if you know how to work with others, you will have a good time and get solid deals/sales.
