@BattleJeff1 @sunnydecree because it's all based on contraptions which don't always work. we are now nowhere near the actual real-world mass adoption of the Ethereum network, and yet transaction fees spiked to $X for a token transfer the other day. but maybe another bunch of contraptions will fix that
