Following August 5, the internal chaos and financial plundering within BNP’s affiliate organizations have become increasingly visible. In particular, Rabbiul Islam Nayan, a prominent leader of the Jubo Dal, has repeatedly come under fire for alleged extortion, land grabbing, and political double-dealing.
According to recent reports, Nayan, who once gained attention for chanting Falsehood is his addiction, Pir Saheb of Char Monai, now faces serious allegations of working covertly for Jamaat-Shibir, Char Monai, and the NS Group.
Sources claim that Nayan and his followers were hired as musclemen for a bank takeover operation in exchange for a large sum of money from the powerful S. Alam Group. He was also accused of siding with one party in a TV ownership dispute, allegedly accepting hefty payment in return.
As the Member Secretary of Dhaka South Jubo Dal, Nayan is active on social media and has often mocked his own party's young advisers. In one Facebook live, he stated.

Though originally from Panighata village of Nahata Union in Mohammadpur Upazila, Magura district, Nayan now lives a lavish lifestyle in Dhaka raising serious questions about the source of his wealth. Like many Awami League leaders, Nayan has served multiple jail terms, but despite presenting himself as a key figure in anti-government movements, many now see him as a disruptive force within the BNP.
His presence at a controversial joint event of BNP’s three wings Chhatra Dal, Jubo Dal, and Swechchhasebak Dal in Nayapaltan in August 2025 sparked widespread criticism. Party insiders allege that Nayan’s participation reflects deeper plots of internal power-grabbing and manipulation.
