Ghana has had a unique instance where both a father and his son have served as presidents, but with important context: Edward Akufo-Addo was the President of Ghana (1970–1972) during the Second Republic (mostly a ceremonial role), and his son, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, was the President (2017–2025) during the Fourth Republic, wielding executive power.
Unlike other African countries on the map (like Togo, Gabon, or Kenya), the Akufo-Addos did not have a direct father-to-son succession or dynastic rule—there was a long gap between their presidencies, and their terms were under very different constitutional arrangements.
So Ghana technically qualifies, but with significant differences from the immediate successions seen elsewhere!
