The reason why your calculation is wrong is because there is an extension behind the rear of the car which I assume to be approximately more than a meter. This moves the COG to roughly a meter behind the car. This is the apparent COG. If you balance the moments well, you will result to sth close to 500Kgs, or 400Kgs. This can’t be 70Kgs.
