I ran the numbers, and in my view, SBET is already tapping into the new $X billion limit via forward sales.
It could be that my quant (Grok) made an error, but it seems that the most recent $ETH purchase brings the total amount raised above the $1B target.
This wouldn't be possible without forward sales because of the share limit. They are in fact, using forward sales.
So they are starting to tap into the $X billion limit right now.
