Former Labor leader Mark Latham told his ex-partner that billionaire Richard White owed her “big money” and urged her to “get the compo NDA (non-disclosure agreement)” after the Wisetech Global founder was accused by multiple women of exchanging business advice for sex.
The Australian can reveal new messages exchanged between Mr Latham and his former fiancée Nathalie Matthews reveal the NSW Upper House member suggested Mr White would want Ms Matthews to perform oral sex on him to “celebrate” after WiseTech board members quit, leaving him with greater control on the company.
Mr Latham also asked Ms Matthews – who connected with Mr White on LinkedIn in 2023 after he offered her business advice – to “imagine a parliamentary inquiry” into Wisetech’s treatment of women, punctuating the message with a shocked face emoji.
Mr White is not accused of any wrongdoing. The Australian is not suggesting Ms Matthews and Mr White engaged in a sexual relationship.
