I think $SCHD is built to stay solid long-term. Dividend growth is baked into the process, not yield-chasing. Sure, it’s been slow lately but that’s what you’d expect with higher interest rates.
When rates eventually come down, $SCHD should benefit in a big way.
This stretch will likely look like a great time to have kept adding. The screens it uses: cash flow, low debt, return on equity, consistent growing dividends — are designed to deliver solid dividend growth, yield, and long-term appreciation.
Very Long $SCHD.
