I've defined performance in the past and I've had posts on it The above is calculated using modified dietz method which is a money weighted return for all my portfolios (taxable, and two IRAs which are tiny sums) The screenshots I post are based on TWR which is IBKR default. And that's for my main taxable account (most assets)
