A Russian who killed his girlfriend for a mephedrone dose became a student at a Russian university with an award for participating in the war in Ukraine.
In 2021, Fyodor Khizhin brutally murdered a 17-year-old girl, stabbing her more than XX times because he needed XXXXX rubles ($38) for drugs. He was sentenced to XX years in prison. From there, he went to war and, apparently, was pardoned.
Now, Khizhin is a student at the Baltic State Technical University "VOENMEH" in St. Petersburg, having been admitted under a quota for participants in the 'SMO.' Moreover, the university rector awarded him as a hero who "strengthened the country's defense capabilities."
