On this day in 2017, Justine Ruszczyk was slaughtered by Mohammed Noor, a wildly unqualified Minneapolis cop, who Mayor Betsy Hodges had publicly bragged about.
It was, by far, the worst incident of police brutality in Minneapolis history. Noor got a three year free pass.
