Maybe a 16-lane mega highway filled with impermeable concrete isn’t the best idea in a state that now has frequent and heavy downpours.
Maybe we shouldn’t be planning to widen those highways any further.
The @NJTurnpike is a policy failure. And @GovMurphy doubled down on it.
