This chart was included within a "confidential" 2012 Bigelow Aerospace Advanced Space Studies (BAASS) document about Skinwalker Ranch.
As revealed in my new report:
BAASS was the recipient of $22M in taxpayer funds to run the Pentagon's Advanced Aerospace Weapon System Application Program (AAWSAP) (2008-2012)
BAASS / AAWSAP members believed Skinwalker Ranch was the source of a malevolent "hitchhiker" poltergeist that attached itself to people and followed them back home to haunt them.
This chart supposedly tracks such phenomena from the ranch in Utah to various parts of America.
