My thesis on #POKE6900
First off, I’ll be real. I’m biased. I’m a huge Pokémon fan and collector. I love the history, the art, and I see insane value in both.
Pokémon is a global phenomenon. It’s been that way for over XX years. Kids, adults, and even older people are still into it.
The card market is just the cherry on top. That’s what makes this coin special. The ticker is a clever play on the S&P XXX. Pokémon cards have actually outperformed the S&P this year. They also held up better than most assets during the recent war FUD.
I said it before but it’s worth repeating. Every rich Gen Z kid and influencer is into Pokémon right now. Faze Clan is doing livestreams and opening packs looking for grails.
It’s literally everywhere.
And I haven’t even touched on what this coin could build. There are so many directions it could go. Here are a few ideas:
A live sales bot that tracks big Pokémon card sales, just like we had during the NFT era A pack opening simulator or livestream mechanism that captures the excitement of ripping packs
Pokémon is more than nostalgia. It has real cultural weight and actual dollar value. I’ve seen weaker IPs get traction onchain. This will get repriced fast. Everyone loves Pokémon.
Never fade Pokémon.
