Perhaps I'm missing something here but as simple token holder (no staking / no risks) Solana has way higher inflation than ETH?

ETH = ~0.7% SOL = ~4.6%

Only when tokenholders do staking this changes.

ETH realyield = ~2.3% (3% staking - XXX% inflation) SOL realyield = ~3% (7.6% staking - XXX% inflation)

When stablecoins take off think we see slightly different inflation / deflation numbers for ETH ;)

Also focus on pure DCF is a very narrow perspective and doesn't consider size of native DeFi ecosystem, liquidity, capital costs & suitability as permissionless collateral for DeFi.
