So Virgens don’t want their points to get expired
This will likely end with 120k points bid
So one would need to bid 1.6m for max allocation!
This makes ROAST a pretty expensive deal from a YIELD on points POV
I met one of the cofounders @melbint04 in Dubai at Virtuals & VaderAI lunch
When I heard the product roasts the code of vibe coders
I introduced to $WAKE founder @jgattermayer who was also at the lunch
@jgattermayer is a highly reputed cybersecurity engineer in web3
His company audited 1inch, Lido, Aave, Safe, Axelar, Wormhole, Pendle in the past
So I XXX% trust his opinions related to tech/product
He is a bit skeptical about Burnie's tech as it's very challenging to build it something good
LLMs are great but they lack the context
In Wake’s case for example, the context is done by their own tech/agent Wake (static analysis, data dependency graphs) so LLMs just interpret it
Burnie hasn't talked much about how their tech works on their docs
That said Burnie founders are doxxed, experienced engineers and are trying to do their best
I’m not super clear on what the product does – roasting vibe coders? Or media house?
Or whether there is any demand for it but it doesn’t matter to me at this stage
Don’t get too obsessed with the product because a good team will achieve regardless
Keep in mind we’re assessing early-stage teams not mature revenue generating companies
Take out your Warren Buffer EBITDA hat and put on your Steve Jobs founder selection hat
They previously raised $1.75m for a web3 startup in 2021
They must have learned a lot from that experience
Despite being in the industry so long, its good that they never launched a token before

Wanted to clarify one more thing about the Hackathon
Burnie didn’t win the hackathon but got selected in the top XX
I was one of the judges in the Virtuals Hackathon
XX projects got carefully selected by Virtuals Ventures to the Hackathon
Out of the 18, judges voted Burnie to be in the top XX (but not top 5)
Wishing the Burnie team all the best of luck in their Virgen journey
I predict that $ROAST will perform similarly to $GLORIA (~$3-4m FDV)
The question for VIRGENS now is
Shall one save points for upcoming deals that aren’t listed yet (as hinted by @everythingempty)
