Pretty simple tee a ball up just in front of the hole and the idea is to hit the tee so that the ball falls off and drops into the hole . This trains you to dial into the centre of the hole more as you have a smaller target to aim for . It also has to be going at a pretty reasonable pace and pretty much hit the tee square on so you do have to be quite accurate .
