"Well as you know I had been super bullish on $NXR.UN but sold it a while ago because I have concerns about the Windsor-London market due to tariff wars. Distribution riskier for that reason (plus slowing rent growth) but also privatization potential. CEO said suitors want pf but big insider doesn't want to sell at the recent real estate conference. So I don't think I'd buy it for the distribution safety alone because it is far from guaranteed. They have been impressive in re-leasing the two bankruptcies and have a strong team"
