(They make up profit with the membership fees) Anyway I don't know what we are discussing here. No chain will want to operate stores losing money. If there is too much theft they will first lock down like this and if it does not work they will close the store. The should be obvious"

Our private and government charities are the best in the world and we have food banks and soup kitchen that operate almost everywhere.
