If Bitcoin's narrative is a store of value (and scaling in layers) in a long enough time frame the fee market won't sustain miners. This creates a long term security budget issue. There's no solution for Bitcoin currently. The only hope is it'll be figured out over a long enough time frame. Unfortunately we only have 2-3 more halvings left to get this figured out until the security budget becomes a bigger issue"
