"$RDI Two significant disclosures buried in the Q1 call transcript: 1) Cannon Park closed and contrary to my expectation apparently some of the proceeds were available to pay down the BoA facility in the US which is the only remaining debt instrument without available collateral. Balance sheet is now largely de-risked as the remaining debt ($165m down from $200m in Q4) is all mortgage debt outside of the corporate loan in AUS (which has ample collateral if necessary). Should see a major inflection in royalties in the coming quarters (we already know this given box office data and commentary out of partners like CNK). Mid single digit EBITDA multiple for a growing asset-light high ROIC royalty biz. Long-term story here is very attractive imo"
