"@HedgieMarkets Not true that people put mortgages first. During the Great Financial Crisis there was data that individuals with jobs put car loans ahead of mortgages. If you lost your house you could go to an apartment if you lost your car you could not get to work"

"@Groundwork_HQ Clear growth runway for the next two years due to lending to support rural data center infrastructure. Low stress in loan portfolio. 8.25X forward PE 6-8% EPS growth rate $XXX cash per share and minimal rate exposure. $AGM is a great accumulation stock"

"@SmallCapKing2 I would say $AGM equal to or less risk than BAC. At BACs current forward PE $AGM would be about $245/share. On a pure DCF basis valuation is north of $300/share. To get current share price one has to discount FCF at about 15%. Seems high given risk management in place"

"@Ashton_1nvests $AGM. Moat through Federal charter first lien only with LTV below XX% zero rate exposure by balancing funding duration exactly with portfolio duration. Can lend to support rural data centers (electric co-ops etc). Is CLO but capital gains and dividend tax treatment"

"@dividendology $agm. Current valuation is effectively about a XX% DCF on forecasted free cash flow. Should be 9-10%. Moat from federal government charter. Great risk management. LTV of under 50%. Collateral rural ag and infrastructure. No duration exposure. Very low credit losses"

"@PeterSchiff They should have done what with Fannie and Freddie as was done with $AGM. Require precise liability duration matching to assets strict LTV ratios deep capital requirements. Treasury backstop a fixed line of credit usable after shareholder capital is zero"

"@Larryjamieson_ Became a shareholder of $AGM in 2012. Been adding shares steadily since. Poorly understood. Is a CLO not a bank with Federal Government authorized moat plus dividend and cap gains treatment. IMO a bottoms up appropriately risk adjusted DCF gives a share value of $300+"

"@CsTominaga The hardest I have ever cried is when burying a dog. No cremation by a vet and abstract ashes. Dig a grave in a peaceful spot and place the dog in it. With the dog go years of joyful memories. And the realization of how much time older I am since when it was a puppy"

"@dede_eyesan I have held $AGM 10+ years. What is not appreciated is that after the Financial Crisis $AGM went to precise duration matching for loans vs funding. Zero duration risk. Purely credit risk which is offset by sophisticated risk assessment and LTV of less than 50%"

"@HedgieMarkets Texas is requiring data centers to build their own generation capacity to a large extent. And makes the permitting process straightforward unlike other states. This puts the fixed cost on the data centers and not ratepayers"
